Triangle Youth Leadership Program

The Triangle Youth Leadership Program (a program co-sponsored by Islamic associations in the Triangle area and the Duke Hart Leadership Foundation) is now accepting applications for its 5-week summer program. The program attempts to help the Muslim youth develop their leadership potential to create innovative solutions to problems and issues in their communities.

Winston Salem Service Activity

This upcoming Sunday, July 17th the triangle MSA's will be going to the Winston Salem masjid and assisting them in building a playground and helping them out as much as we can. It is our responsibility to assist our brothers and sisters in Islam wherever they are and the Winston Salam masjid has always been generous and welcoming to us in the previous years. Alhamdulillah we are able to repay their kindness.

For those who wish to carpool we will be leaving from the masjid at 8am and arriving around 11am. Please contact me if you plan on carpooling so we can get an accurate number. Please note that since the trip is further than 60 miles all sisters are Islamically required to have a mahram.

IAR Cleanup

There is going to be a Masjid Clean-Up on Saturday July 16th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please come out and help clean up the Masjid. Bring any supplies that you think we might need, like yard equipment or even cleaning supplies. Some refreshments will be provided but you are encouraged to bring some bottled water or a snack to keep up your energy. This is volunteer work for the sake of Allah so come out and earn some good deeds together with your friends!
